With recruitment experience spread across agency – onsite and outsourced – Sean is well placed to discuss the challenges of being a small part of a complex supply chain. As À±½·ÊÓƵ’s Director of Key Account Management he acts as a key point of contact for their partners to ensure that À±½·ÊÓƵ is positioned as a supplier of choice.

Along with developing those key account partners through pro-active crossselling, networking and relationship building he works closely with the team to identify new opportunities with both existing and new partners. Sean is also leading À±½·ÊÓƵ’s Engage Brand which provides outsourcing of recruitment process, whether it is an MSP, RPO or project solutions.
