À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking an Analytical Project Leader Scienitst to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on developing efficient analytical methods for drug manufacturing, utilizing advanced methodologies such as HPLC, GC, IC, and MS. The successful candidate will contribute to creating robust control strategies for releasing pharmaceutical products for clinical trials and commercial supply.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all analytical aspects throughout the project development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with peers, lab technicians, and cross-functional partners in process development, material sciences, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance.
- Independently plan and document experiments/results and prepare for regulatory submissions like IND and NDA.
- Participate in larger Technical Development Teams, regularly reporting progress.
- Engage with stakeholders from various disciplines, adapting to the clinical phase of the project.
- Network with external partners such as CMOs and CROs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in analytical development with Oligonucleotides, Peptides, and biologically derived molecules is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytical methodologies such as PCR sequencing is beneficial.
- Strong quality mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with GMP requirements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Open-minded, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
