À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical development leader to join as the Chief Medical Officer.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on leading the clinical development of innovative therapies targeting major chronic health conditions. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of advancing our FGF21/GLP-1 dual receptor agonist program across various indications.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinical development leadership, with a track record of advancing therapeutics from early to late-stage.
- Expertise in cardiometabolic, hepatology, neurology, or psychiatric drug development is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- MD or MD/PhD with board certification in a relevant clinical specialty preferred.
The Chief Medical Officer's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute clinical development strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including design, implementation, and data interpretation.
- Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance throughout trial processes.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams for global submissions and interactions with health authorities.
- Lead data analysis and present clinical trial results to stakeholders.
- Represent the company in scientific forums and maintain competitive awareness in therapeutic advancements.
