Your Tasks:

• Lead the entire IT department, including Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Digitalization teams.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure is set up for future growth, providing a safe and reliable environment.
• Plan strategically according to corporate goals, anticipating and reacting agilely to new requirements.
• Drive digitalization as an IT business partner for various departments, providing state-of-the-art tools.
• Oversee the migration to and integration of cloud solutions, utilizing new technologies to implement the IT strategy.
• Ensure systems are integrated, automating processes and interfaces.
• Guarantee optimal technical equipment for all employees, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
• Maintain smooth technical communication between locations.
• Keep IT security in view, knowing exactly what to do in case of an incident.
• Plan and monitor the IT budget, create reports, and present them to top management.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable, ideally quantitative field.
• Over 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about IT, always up-to-date with the latest developments, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strong conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High initiative, independent and result-oriented working style, and a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams, enjoying team development without losing attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking.
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
