À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive the growth of an innovative neurology product. The successful candidate will focus on building key customer relationships and implementing commercial and training initiatives with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategies.
- Define and manage key accounts, presenting at business reviews.
- Conduct territory and turnover analyses; strategically manage key accounts.
- Organize and manage events, congresses, and trainings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and support new users of BoNT therapy.
- Implement commercial initiatives to train new users.
- Analyse market trends and customer interactions for new opportunities.
- Organize training programs for product use.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and other teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and promote best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and training efficiently.
- Document activities in CRM systems and report to sales and marketing teams.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in neurology.
- Proven market development success.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of account-based sales and commercial excellence.
- Analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluent in German with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Power BI.
