LMS Business Analyst - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dedicated LMS Business Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to provide comprehensive support and administration for Learning Management System across various business units. This role focuses on addressing learner issues, managing stakeholder learning initiatives, and supporting course designers with system requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with training assignment methods, including bulk data import and automatic assignments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, including writing features and user stories.
- Strong ability to gather and communicate requirements from stakeholders to technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and certifications. GxP training is preferred.
The LMS Business Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Provide customer support and administration for the LMS.
- Address learner issues related to login, password retrieval, course logistics, and completion tracking.
- Manage stakeholder learning initiatives through ServiceNow cases.
- Develop and review process guides, audits, and training documentation.
- Assist course designers with system requirements and course setup processes.
