��Ƶ is seeking a Process Scientist to join a dedicated team. This role involves optimizing processes to integrate raw materials and sensor manufacturing, enhancing device performance, and scaling up production.

Responsibilities:

Develop and characterize sensor build processes to optimize materials and manufacturing steps.
Collaborate with various teams to implement changes for sensor performance optimization.
Create new protocols to understand materials and processes in sensor manufacturing.
Conduct explorative trials to investigate material and process parameters.
Use analytical techniques to assess material impact on manufacturing and device function.
Coordinate and complete in vitro testing for novel materials.
Generate, analyse, and report data to the team and company.
Maintain detailed records of experiments and data analysis.
Research and source new equipment for research support.
Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate projects and manage deadlines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

BSc degree or higher in a relevant discipline with lab experience.
Multidisciplinary history and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge in experimental design.
Hands-on lab experience with independence and ownership of work.
Experience in process science, manufacturing, or engineering.
Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Preferred experience with biosensors, medical devices, and data analysis software.
