À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Project Engineering Lead for an exciting opportunity to manage a significant carbon reduction program involving heat pump installation and utilities upgrade. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver a multi-million Euro project focused on energy and carbon reduction targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects within a regulated environment and a keen interest in developing skills in a live pharmaceutical production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of heat pump and utilities upgrade projects.
- Manage procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Communicate project goals, progress, and issues effectively.
- Support team members in overcoming project challenges.
- Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficiency in resource and budget management.
- Familiarity with the latest project management and pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to project success.
