À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Manager to lead and execute the medical strategy in France. This role focuses on developing medical plans that align with business objectives, engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and generating local evidence to support market access. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products in the diabetes device market.
Responsibilities:
- Use collaboration and influence to put into place the Medical Affairs strategy.
- Oversee the strategic Medical Affairs team to achieve regional business objectives.
- Execute local medical education plans, including online and in-person training.
- Strategize and inform evidence generation plans for market access and regulatory needs.
- Support local execution of sponsored and investigator-initiated trials.
- Disseminate evidence and engage with HCPs through advisory boards and educational events.
- Establish scientific relationships with national KOLs and build advocacy.
- Share knowledge about current and future products with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and translate clinical data into insights.
- Review scientific content for external communication.
- Respond to medical queries from HCPs.
- Maintain knowledge of the organization, products, and current research.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Medical Affairs within the diabetes pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Understanding of diabetes treatment landscape and clinical trials.
- Leadership skills for team building and strategy implementation.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to lead and influence in a cross-functional environment.
- High ethical standards in professional interactions.
