À±½·ÊÓƵ is working alongside a MD company seeking a Staff Software Engineer to their team. This role involves developing software for medical devices supporting life, specifically for patients with severe cardiac failure. The position is part of the Research and Development Software Team, responsible for both embedded software and desktop applications.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, document, release, and maintain software for medical devices.
- Project Management: Organize work according to project priorities and deadlines.
- Product Development: Collaborate on interdisciplinary activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Verification and Validation: Lead new product development activities, including test method development.
- Production Support: Assist with the introduction of new products.
- Regulatory Support: Provide necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years in a similar position, preferably in the MedTech industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in C/C++, C#, and the complete software lifecycle. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
