This pivotal role involves supervising multiple projects within a specified Therapeutic Area, supported by a diverse and forward-thinking Biostatistics team. Responsibilities
- For this role, you will take charge of one or more aspects of a project in clinical development.
- Provide statistical support and scientific leadership for responsible projects, ensuring quality, relevance, and scientific validity.
- Mentor team members, promoting teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Plan and track project activities, timelines, and resource use, optimizing resource utilization where possible.
- Foster productive collaborations with other functions in the project team and with other statistics project leaders.
- Represent statistics in cross-function working groups and contribute to operation process optimization.
Requirements
- PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline.
- Broad knowledge and good understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analyses using SAS or R.
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
