À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to join our client's team in Surrey. In this role, you will ensure the seamless availability of pharmaceutical products, acting as a key liaison between various departments such as commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing. Your focus will be on maintaining stock levels, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party partners.
  • Monitor stock levels to minimize write-offs and initiate redistribution activities when necessary.
  • Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to ensure strong partnerships.
  • Organize and oversee shipments, including customs documentation and quality release processes.
  • Conduct planning across multiple sites and markets to align supply with market demand.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and deliver forecasts to suppliers.
  • Ensure timely execution of supply chain activities in SAP, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee logistics operations, adhering to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and quality management systems.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and performance scorecard development for CMOs.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the line manager.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, with a focus on forecasts, planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Proven skills in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in GDP and GMP practices.
  • Agile thinker with problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Integrity, high ethical standards, and teamwork orientation.
  • Familiarity with SAP ByDesign and strong MS Office skills.
