TA Screener II - Contract - Remote within US

��Ƶ is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Screener II to join a collaborative team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to assist in phone screening for high-volume roles across various business units. This role focuses on collaborating with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience and at least 1 year working within Talent Acquisition, with a background in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills.

The TA Screener's responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to support phone screening for roles in Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for Lead Recruiter review.
Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to Lead Recruiters.
Upload phone screen documents into candidate profiles in the ATS.
Follow the recruitment process and keep recruiters updated on the status of openings.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs regarding Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting.
