TA Screener II - Contract - Remote within US
À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Screener II to join a collaborative team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to assist in phone screening for high-volume roles across various business units. This role focuses on collaborating with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience and at least 1 year working within Talent Acquisition, with a background in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
The TA Screener's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to support phone screening for roles in Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for Lead Recruiter review.
- Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to Lead Recruiters.
- Upload phone screen documents into candidate profiles in the ATS.
- Follow the recruitment process and keep recruiters updated on the status of openings.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs regarding Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting.
