Background Check Coordinator - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Background Check Coordinator to manage daily operational tasks related to background checks.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves reviewing, verifying, and logging background checks while ensuring compliance with established processes and regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing expectations and addressing any issues that arise.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to background checks.
The Background Check Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Review comprehensive background reports to ensure compliance with processes and State/Federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the background check provider to address issues or delays.
- Log and update daily background reports for new hires.
