Primary Responsibilities:
This role will focus on stakeholder engagement and support local teams in aligning with global communication plans. This role requires a proactive approach to managing communication channels and customizing content for diverse audiences.

- Experience in leading complex change initiatives or large-scale implementations with a focus on communication.
- Ability to collaborate with leaders at various levels.
- Strong facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Delivery-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence with strong listening and empathy skills.
The Change Management Lead's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy using the IBP Transformation narrative.
- Engage with stakeholders to create and maintain a local engagement plan.
- Provide updates to the global engagement plan as needed.
- Collaborate with market leads and local teams to ensure alignment.
- Advise on and implement appropriate local communication channels.
- Customize global communication materials for local use.
