Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate - Contract - Lincoln, NE

À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will enhance training programs within a manufacturing GMP environment. This role will focus on creating engaging learning experiences and managing training materials effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing.
• Experience with LMS database management.
• Familiarity with Veeva systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and deliver tailored training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing GMP setting.
• Implement effective training methodologies and processes.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and online.
• Create and manage training materials, including video content.
• Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
• Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation:

• $30 to $33 per hour
