À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist focused on specialized treatments within the gastroenterology sector. This role involves being part of a dynamic team dedicated to expanding into the cholestatic liver space.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving territory performance targets and contributing to national success. The position requires developing long-term plans for target accounts to promote appropriate use of products and increase sales volume.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees like MBA, MSc, or Nursing are a plus.
- Experience in life sciences, particularly in rare or specialty areas, is beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of payer and clinical landscapes in specialty and rare diseases.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal administrative support.
- Knowledge of market, disease, and product dynamics.
The Clinical Sales Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Achieve or exceed sales and share objectives for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs promptly.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations, including hospitals and healthcare communities.
- Manage geography and customer accounts efficiently, prioritizing key physicians/accounts.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, focusing on patient interests.
- Engage in detailed discussions with healthcare professionals using approved resources.
- Analyze market/customer data to support strategic planning.
Compensation:
- USD 170 000.00 - 185 000.00 Per Annum
