À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a passionate and results-driven Healthcare & Access Partner to join our client's team, focusing on the Bone Franchise in Northwest London & Central England. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business success and enhancing patient care within the local health economy.
Responsibilities:
- Align business objectives with local and national healthcare policies.
- Establish and maintain a strong presence within the local health economy.
- Drive commercial success while prioritizing patient care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute region-specific commercial strategies.
- Identify and share best practices within the Bone Franchise.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Serve as the first point of contact for your territory, working closely with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and cross-functional teams.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare management.
- ABPI certification or willingness to complete it.
- Strong track record in key account management, project management, and stakeholder influence.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant disease areas and the NHS structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
