À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Territory Manager for MedSurg and Urology in the regions of Baden Würrtemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Saarland. In this role, you will focus on enhancing sales and profitability by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and their clinical applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by independently presenting and selling products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and understanding of the medical discipline.
  • Provide technical training and support to medical personnel on device usage.
  • Manage territory budgets for events and sample stock.
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan addressing sales growth, risk management, and competitive activity.
  • Monitor market share and competitor activity.
  • Participate in exhibitions and meetings as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and support functions to enhance customer service.
  • Work with commercial teams to explore contractual opportunities.
  • Contribute to new product ideas and assist in evaluations or studies.
  • Adhere to quality policies and procedures, including complaint handling and product returns.
  • Comply with all company policies and legal regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in medical sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of products or procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and other relevant languages.
  • Excellent numeric and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft® Office.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • High self-motivation and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
