Pre-Sales Manager (Regulatory Saas) - Permanent - Remote (East Coast)

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join our team remotely on the East Coast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales cycle by acting as a trusted advisor and providing high-value solution demonstrations. Your expertise will help identify customer needs and align them with our product offerings.

The Pre-Sales Manager will:

  • Support the account manager team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with product solutions.
  • Deliver both standard and tailored product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the bidding process and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
  • Provide feedback to the product management team to enhance product offerings.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in pre-sales with strong business and technical knowledge.
  • In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in IT solutions such as RIM, Document Management, and Submission Management.
  • Strong presentation skills and a convincing presence.
