À±½·ÊÓƵ is working with a MD client seeking a talented Drupal Developer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This position focuses on developing and maintaining a Drupal 10 content management system. Your work will be integral to delivering products and services that enhance the lives of people living with diabetes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new functionality for the current site.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the overall Drupal CMS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with QA and IT members to ensure code is reviewed and tested for functionality and security.
  • Provide maintenance and enhancements to existing code.
  • Estimate and plan iterative agile releases as part of a Scrum team.
  • Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately.
  • Develop automation tools to test, deploy, and monitor applications.
  • Maintain proper documentation for code, workflow processes, testing, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with IT leaders and business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and support tickets.
  • Stay updated on current technology and seek out new tools.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Drupal developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Drupal 8 APIs and PHP development.
  • Solid debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of Drupal 8 theming, Twig templates/HTML, CSS/SASS, and responsive web development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, git, and Bitbucket.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodology.
  • Positive, results-driven, logical team player.
  • Strong writing skills for documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
  • Acquia Certified Developer (or higher) is a plus.
