Erin Magalie joined the company in March 2024. Her role isn’t limited to any certain region, as she specializes in the CRO market. Her main focus is on finding CRAs for permanent placement, but her role is not limited to CRAs alone. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Life Sciences at the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. This afforded her the opportunity to work at a US based company as a Clinical Trial Recruiter in 2019. Thereafter, she worked for a Nursing Recruitment company for a year and a half. With this, she has about 4 years’ experience in the recruitment field and that is what led her to her current role as a Senior Research Associate. Her home language is English, but she can read and write in Afrikaans.
