À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst for the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day finance operations.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities.
- Organize and drive planning and analysis processes, including longterm planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance and margin reviews.
- Coordinate regional cost control for sales and business development.
- Monitor and track rebate accruals in collaboration with sales teams.
- Drive the monthly risks and opportunities process with sales teams.
- Analyze business performance, recommend benchmarks, and develop plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support commercial financial planning and analysis for the region.
- Collaborate with subregions and participate in the S&OP process.
- Provide recommendations for customer pricing and credit limits and manage the approval process.
- Share responsibility for financial and management accounting in accordance with IFRS and other principles.
- Collaborate with Group Finance Management to ensure efficient financial systems and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) and experience with SAP BW.
- Experience in a fastpaced international environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
