À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead MA communications projects. Your role will focus on managing evidence-based projects aligned with global strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality publications and materials while adhering to regulatory standards
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of MA projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, patient support programs, advisory boards, and marketing materials.
- Lead and collaborate on departmental and cross-functional projects, ensuring strategic planning and execution.
- Engage with diverse teams and external contractors, liaising with key stakeholders for project success.
- Ensure clear communication and information exchange to facilitate collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with ethical pharmaceutical practices and high standards.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
- Identify and mitigate risks specific to pharmaceutical projects.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines, including congress deadlines and regulatory approvals.
- Regularly meet with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Approve invoices related to project budgets.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in MA project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of ABPI Code and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
