À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking an Early Product Asset Associate to join our client's team in Plainsboro, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on aligning strategies across various teams to support early product commercialization in the diabetes sector. Your efforts will contribute to maximizing asset value and market penetration through strategic collaboration and insights.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in early commercialization, product management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven success in early commercial planning, launching, and managing products.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and experience interacting with regulatory agencies.
The Early Product Asset Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with asset owners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and medical teams, to ensure strategic alignment for early product commercialization.
- Work with global commercial teams to provide input into the 'One Impact Process' and engage with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of early commercialization strategies, leveraging global products, clinical trial insights, and market research.
- Partner with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams to establish early brand positioning, identify priority customer segments, and develop messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Input into evidence generation plans prior to product transition to the launch team.
