À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Production Documentation Specialist I to join the team. This role focuses on scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on operations and people key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training master data and coordinating training and development activities for operational staff. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate on-shift training, assessments, and education.
- Monitor and analyse staff development activities to align with individual goals.
- Report discrepancies in training schedules to Operations Management.
- Maintain and update training master data and ensure alignment with job roles.
- Support on-the-job training to ensure competence assessments are incorporated.
- Facilitate reviews to maintain operational master data and curricula.
- Report on operational people-based KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong confidentiality and data analysis skills.
- Expertise in scheduling and reporting systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on confidentiality and data management.
